The Torveporten project is being built at the former green square in Valby.

The area will accommodate the office concept Woods, the community-oriented dormitory concept UMEUS and a residential property, also called Torveporten, with 170 quality homes.

Torveporten is being built as a joint venture between NREP and Balder.
